Description
This ramen noodle lasagna is a comforting fusion dish made with pantry staples, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
3 dry ramen noodle bricks
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: cooked ground beef or veggies
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease your baking dish.
2. Cook your filling (beef or veggies) with marinara.
3. Soften ramen bricks in hot water for 2–3 minutes.
4. Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and seasoning in a bowl.
5. Layer sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, and repeat.
6. Top with sauce and mozzarella.
7. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then broil uncovered for 2–3 minutes.
8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Use gluten-free ramen if needed.
Add spinach or mushrooms for a veggie version.
Great for freezing in individual portions.
