Description
This smooth, homemade pistachio butter is packed with nutrients, takes just 1 ingredient, and comes together in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
2 cups roasted unsalted pistachios
1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Add pistachios to a high-powered food processor.
2. Blend for 1–2 minutes, then scrape down the sides.
3. Continue blending until it turns into a creamy, glossy butter.
4. Add sea salt and vanilla if using, then blend briefly again.
5. Transfer to a clean jar and store in the fridge.
Notes
Start with roasted pistachios for a deeper flavor.
If using raw pistachios, toast them first for 7–8 minutes at 350°F.
Optional add-ins: cinnamon, maple syrup, or honey.
