Description
Pepperoni pizza lasagna ramen is the ultimate comfort food fusion—layered with marinara, melty cheese, ramen noodles, and crispy pepperoni.
Ingredients
3 dry ramen noodle bricks
1 ½ cups marinara or pizza sauce
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
20–25 slices of pepperoni
Optional: fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a square baking dish.
2. Soften ramen noodles in hot water for 2–3 minutes, then drain.
3. Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and seasoning in a bowl.
4. Layer sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
5. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
6. Top with extra sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
8. Uncover and broil 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
9. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use organic or gluten-free ramen if preferred.
Try adding cooked sausage or veggies for variety.
Leftovers freeze well for up to 2 months.
