This miracle salad dressing is creamy, tangy, and made without mayo. It’s perfect for leafy greens, bowls, or as a light dip.
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 small shallot, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1 teaspoon chopped dill or parsley
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, olive oil, mustard, and lemon juice.
2. Add honey or maple syrup and stir to combine.
3. Mix in garlic powder or minced shallot.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Optional: fold in herbs for extra flavor.
6. Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 7 days.
Notes
Use dairy-free yogurt to make it vegan.
Adjust thickness with a splash of water if needed.
